Christopher White is an experienced and productive inventor, public speaker, computer engineer, and patent agent. He is skilled in the analysis and design of digital systems and in obtaining patent protection for electronic, mechanical, and software inventions. He also has extensive experience training engineers and scientists in technical subject matter and in patent law and practice.

He served as an invited panelist at intellectual-property seminars in 2016 and 2017, and has presented two webinars and one in-person talk on patent-law topics. In December 2017 he and a co-author presented a paper in Taiwan as part of a legal conference and separately as invited speakers. He has published a number of papers on interactions between artificial intelligence (AI) and the patent system.

On the technical side, he is an inventor on 53 US patents. He has contributed 55 accepted pull requests to open-source projects, covering both code and documentation. Of those projects, he now maintains one and co-maintains another two. He is also a member of the EditorConfig developer team. Along the way, he has earned 100 GitHub stars on his projects. He has over 14,000 reputation points on the Stack Overflow programming Q&A site, putting him in the top 3% of contributors to that site. He has also found and reported two confirmed bugs in Google Chrome and one in Vivaldi! He has written four published articles and co-written one conference paper. He has also given technical presentations at three computer-art conferences (\\"demoparties\\"), and helped to organize two others.
